The Terms of Your Journey

These terms apply when you use the Karmashetra website, register for the entrance assessment, or join the 45-day programme. By registering or paying the programme fee, you agree to them.

Please read them with the programme details and the Lifetime Mentorship Policy before making any payment.

1Registration and the entrance assessment

Registration is how you apply. It starts the selection process; it is not admission.

Give accurate details when you register. We contact you on the WhatsApp number and email you provide.
Every applicant takes the Karmashetra Entrance Assessment.
A score above 75% qualifies you for consideration. Selection also depends on the published criteria and the seats available.
Results are shared on WhatsApp and email. Registering or qualifying does not guarantee admission.

2The programme

The programme runs online for 45 days, with 45 classes from Monday to Saturday. Sundays are off. Batches start on the 1st and 15th of each month; if a start date falls on a Sunday or holiday, the actual date is published clearly.

The schedule, session timings and project details are shared before admission. We may adjust the schedule, topics or mentors when needed, and will tell enrolled students in advance.

3Fees and payment

The programme fee is ₹1,449, paid once through UPI.

Only selected applicants are asked to pay. Payment instructions come from our team after selection.
Pay only through the details our team shares with you. If anyone asks for payment in any other way, check with us first at +91 98929 90349.
Programme fees are non-refundable. Review the programme details, schedule and these terms before you pay.

4Lifetime mentorship

Your journey includes lifetime mentorship on WhatsApp and email after the last class, without an extra mentorship fee. It works within the reasonable-use guidelines in our Lifetime Mentorship Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5How we expect you to take part

Karmashetra works because students and mentors respect each other's time and effort. We ask you to:

Attend classes, take part in activities and complete the practical work.
Be respectful to mentors and other students, in class and on WhatsApp or email.
Not record, copy or share class sessions or materials without permission.
Submit your own work, and say where you used AI or other help.

We may remove a student from the programme for serious or repeated misconduct. Fees are not refunded in that case.

6Learning materials and your work

Class materials, templates and recordings are for your personal learning. They may not be resold or published.

The work you create during the programme, such as documents, designs, dashboards and project files, stays yours. We will ask before showing any of it as an example.

7Tools from other companies

Classes use tools such as Google Workspace, Google Forms, Canva and AI assistants. You use them under their own terms and privacy policies. We recommend free plans wherever possible and never ask you to buy a tool to complete the programme.

8What we do not guarantee

Karmashetra focuses on practical skills and career readiness. We do not guarantee:

A job, placement, internship or job offer.
Selection in any interview, or interview success.
Startup funding, business growth or commercial success.

Your results depend on your effort, practice, decisions and the opportunities available to you.

9Our responsibility

We work to run every class as described. If something goes wrong, tell us and we will try to put it right. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim about the programme is limited to the fee you paid.

10Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and changes apply to registrations made after that date.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Thane, Maharashtra.
