Your Learning Doesn't End with the Last Class.

At Karmashetra, we believe learning is a journey, not a one-time activity. Completing our 45-class Student Journey is just the beginning.

We want you to have the confidence to ask questions, seek guidance and keep improving as you prepare for your career, develop your skills or explore a business idea.

That's why your Karmashetra journey includes lifetime mentorship through WhatsApp or email, subject to the guidelines below.

1How can you contact your mentor?

You can reach out to your mentor through:

WhatsAppFor questions, doubts and brief guidance related to your learning, career preparation or practical challenges.
EmailFor detailed questions, resume and portfolio feedback requests, and discussions about business or startup ideas.

Your official mentorship contact details will be shared after enrolment. Please use these channels for mentorship-related communication.

2When will you receive a response?

We aim to respond to your messages within 2 working days, Monday to Saturday.

Some queries may require additional time, particularly when they involve reviewing documents, portfolios, projects or business ideas. If additional time is needed, we will communicate this to you.

Sundays and public holidays are excluded from the usual response timeline. Please understand that mentorship is not an instant-response or emergency service.

3What can you get guidance on?

Your mentorship can support you in the following areas:

Resume preparationImproving how you present your skills, projects, achievements and experience.

Startup and business ideasUnderstanding customer needs, evaluating ideas, identifying problems and exploring possible solutions.
AI and workplace toolsDiscussing how AI, Google Workspace, Canva and other relevant tools can help you complete practical tasks.

Our aim is to guide you towards better decisions and help you become more confident in applying what you learn.

4How do resume and portfolio reviews work?

You can request reasonable guidance on your resume, portfolio, projects and related work.

For detailed reviews that require more time, we may arrange a suitable schedule based on the nature of your request and mentor availability.

To make the most of the guidance, please share the relevant document or work sample along with a clear explanation of what you would like help with.

Detailed reviews, repeated revisions and extended one-to-one support are subject to reasonable-use guidelines. They are not unlimited or guaranteed on demand.

5What does lifetime mentorship mean?

Lifetime mentorship means you can continue contacting your mentor through WhatsApp or email for relevant guidance after completing your 45-class Student Journey, without an additional mentorship fee for the included support.

It is intended to support your continued learning and development over time.

However, lifetime mentorship does not mean unlimited personal sessions, instant replies, continuous supervision, unlimited document reviews or guaranteed availability at any particular time. Support will be provided within the reasonable-use guidelines and communication arrangements established by Karmashetra.

6What is not guaranteed or included?

Mentorship provides guidance, feedback and learning support. It does not guarantee:

A job, placement, internship or job offer.
Interview selection or interview success.
Startup funding, business growth or commercial success.
Job applications or interviews completed on your behalf.
Unlimited live sessions or unlimited detailed reviews.
Specialist legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.

Your results will depend on several factors, including your effort, preparation, decisions and the opportunities available to you.

7What do we expect from you?

Mentorship works best when you take an active role in your growth. We encourage you to:

Ask clear and relevant questions.
Explain the challenge you are facing and what you have already tried.
Share only the information and documents needed for your query.
Respect response timelines and communication guidelines.
Apply the guidance you receive and take responsibility for your decisions.

Your mentor can help you understand the path ahead, but your progress comes from putting that guidance into practice.
